Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in any program offered by Promuex, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement serves as a contract between you and Promuex regarding your participation in the programs, access to course materials, use of certificates, and more. If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth, you must not enroll in or continue with any program provided by Promuex

Program Offering

Promuex provides various educational programs, including courses, workshops, and assessments, designed to help students gain knowledge and skills. Enrollment in programs and participation in courses or exams is provided free of charge, unless specifically stated otherwise for particular services or activities that incur additional fees, such as certificate printing.

Certificate Printing and Design Fees

While enrollment, course materials, and exams are offered free of charge, students may request printed certificates as proof of completion. The design and printing of these certificates will incur an additional fee, which covers the professional layout, high-quality printing, and shipping costs. The fee must be paid in full before the printed certificate is issued. Printed certificates are optional, and students can opt for a digital certificate, Which is available for a nominal fee.

Enrollment Eligibility

Enrollment in programs is open to individuals who meet the prerequisites specified for each program. Registration information provided by students must be accurate, complete, and current. Promuex reserves the right to verify the provided information and deny access to any program if it is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

Your personal data will be stored securely and used exclusively for these purposes. We will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or with your consent.

Academic Integrity

Students are expected to maintain high standards of academic integrity. Cheating, plagiarism, and any other form of dishonesty in exams, assignments, or coursework will not be tolerated. Violations of academic integrity can result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the program and revocation of any certificates issued.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards their peers, instructors, and program administrators. Any form of disruptive behavior, including harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct, may result in immediate expulsion from the program without refund. Promuex reserves the right to take appropriate action to ensure a positive and respectful learning environment.

Promuex is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information. We comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations. Use of Course Materials

All materials provided in Promuex's programs, including written documents, videos, slides, quizzes, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Promuex and are protected by copyright laws. Students are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal educational purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials is prohibited without prior written permission from Promuex

Program Cancellation and Modifications

Promuex reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any program or course if deemed necessary. Such changes may be due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, students will be notified promptly and will be offered alternate options for enrollment or a full refund of any fees paid (if applicable).

Course Completion and Certification

Upon successful completion of all required course modules and examinations, students will be issued a digital certificate of completion, free of charge. This certificate serves as formal recognition of the student's achievements and can be used for professional and educational purposes. Students are responsible for ensuring that they meet all program requirements before requesting certification.

Printed Certificate Requests

Students may choose to request a printed version of their certificate for an additional fee. Requests for printed certificates will only be processed after payment is received. Delivery times for printed certificates vary depending on geographical location and postal services. The delivery fee, if applicable, will be added to the total cost of the printed certificate.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content and intellectual property provided by Promuex, including course materials, trademarks, logos, and branding, remain the exclusive property of Promuex Students agree not to infringe on these rights, including using materials for commercial purposes without written permission. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or use of Promuex's intellectual property is prohibited.

Withdrawal and Re-enrollment

Students may withdraw from a program at any time, for any reason, without penalty. However, withdrawal from a program does not entitle the student to a refund of any fees paid (if applicable). If a student wishes to re-enroll in a program after withdrawing, they may be required to submit a new application and meet current enrollment conditions.

Limitations of Liability

Promuex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in its programs, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or any emotional distress caused by the program. Participation in Promuex programs does not guarantee employment, career advancement, or success in any professional endeavors.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Canadian courts. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts for any such disputes.

Agreement and Acceptance

By registering for and participating in any program offered by Promuex, students agree to these Terms and Conditions. Students confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. Failure to adhere to any of these terms may result in dismissal from the program.
